Terms of Use

Last updated: June 11, 2026

AthleticLift.com is owned and operated by 201 Creative, LLC. Using the site means you accept the terms on this page. They exist to set fair expectations on both sides, so they are written to be read, not skimmed.

The Deal in One Paragraph

We publish articles about food, nutrition, and training. You can read them freely, link to them, and put the ideas to work. You cannot republish them, pass them off as yours, feed them into scrapers, or hold us responsible if your results differ from ours. Details follow.

Informational Content, Not Professional Advice

This is the most important section on the page. AthleticLift content discusses nutrition, exercise, and physical performance. None of it is medical advice, and reading an article does not create any professional relationship between you and us. Before changing your diet, starting a training program, or taking any supplement discussed here, talk to a physician or qualified professional who knows your health history. This matters doubly if you have an existing condition, take medication, are pregnant, or are under 18. If anything we publish conflicts with what your doctor tells you, your doctor wins.

Intellectual Property

All articles, images, graphics, and branding on this site belong to 201 Creative, LLC or are licensed to us, and are protected under copyright and trademark law. Permitted without asking: linking to any page, quoting short passages with attribution and a link, and personal printouts. Everything else, including republication, commercial reuse, bulk downloading, and use of site content as training data for AI systems, requires our prior written consent.

Your Comments

Comments are welcome when they add something. By posting one you confirm it is yours, it breaks no law and infringes no rights, and you give us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to publish, edit, or remove it. Moderation decisions are ours alone. Spam, abuse, impersonation, and link-dropping get deleted without ceremony.

Rules of the Road

While using the site you agree not to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its infrastructure, introduce malicious code, harvest data about other visitors, frame the site within another property, or misrepresent an affiliation with us. Standard search engine crawling is fine; aggressive automated access is not.

How We Earn Money

The site runs on two revenue streams: programmatic display ads served through Mediavine, and affiliate commissions. We earn from many different affiliate programs on qualifying purchases. Neither stream gives advertisers or retailers a vote in what we publish. Our Disclaimer page covers this in more depth.

Third-Party Destinations

Links on AthleticLift sometimes point to retailers, studies, tools, and other publishers. Once you leave this domain, the destination site’s terms and privacy practices take over. We vouch for the usefulness of a link at the time we placed it, nothing more.

Warranty Disclaimer

Content and services on this site are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent the law allows. Training and nutrition outcomes vary by individual; published results, examples, and experiences are illustrations, not guarantees.

Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 201 Creative, LLC, its members, and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages connected to your use of this site, including injury, health outcomes, or lost profits, even if advised such damages were possible. Where the law imposes liability despite this paragraph, our total liability is capped at one hundred dollars or the amount you paid to access the site, whichever is greater.

You Cover Us for Your Misuse

If your violation of these terms causes a third party to bring a claim against 201 Creative, LLC, you agree to indemnify us for the resulting damages and reasonable legal costs.

DMCA Notices

To report copyright infringement on this site, send a DMCA-compliant notice via the contact page. Include the work infringed, the exact URL at issue, your contact details, your good-faith statement, and your sworn statement of authority to act for the rights holder. We respond to valid notices promptly.

Governing Law and Venue

California law governs these terms. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state and federal courts of San Diego County, California, and both sides consent to jurisdiction there.

Updates and Severability

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version with a new date; your continued use is acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
